Jimi Lundy is a highly regarded Melbourne contemporary composer, band leader, singer/songwriter and music educator. He has released self-titled recordings and has collaborated with some of Melbourne’s leading musicians in the Melbourne music scene.

A Deakin University and NMIT Music graduate, Jimi is passionate and dedicated to his Art. Currently he is involved in music productions, artist management as well as recording and releasing his forthcoming new album.

For the past eight years Jimi Lundy has been Head of Music at Thomastown Secondary College. The music program is known for its music excellence not only by local communities but also by the many external music awards such as, ‘The 2009-2013 Kool Skools Award’ and the ‘Australian College of the Arts, Outstanding Achievement Award 2011’, presented to the school and its music students.

As a songwriter Jimi values the art of storytelling, telling tales of love and human struggles. With a tender heart and catchy pop melodies he is a man built on dreams and driven by ambition.
